Role: Freelance UX and Visual Design
Description: BillGO is a platform that helps users keep all their bills organized, track due dates, auto-pay and instantly pay in one place. I was brought in to make a white label version of their app that partners can drop into their existing apps. For that reason, the visuals of the interface are fairly plain and it was important to focus on the simplicity of the UX.
The biggest challenge with this project was the verification and identification process. We used a stepped process, implemented bank account linking and autofilled fields to make the process quick and painless.
